Teaching

I have co-directed courses in Social Epidemiology (at the National School of Public Health in Madrid, Spain) and in Urban Health (at the Escuela de Verano de Salud Publica in Menorca, Spain). I have taught guest lectures in the Epidemiology of Obesity (JHSPH), Social Epidemiology (JHSPH) and in Cardiovascular Epidemiology (Universidad de Oviedo, Spain). While at Hopkins, I was a TA on 9 occasions for 7 courses, mostly on Social Epidemiology and Epidemiologic Methods.

At Drexel University, I have taught:

• Introduction to Multilevel Modeling for Urban Health (UHC Summer Institute) yearly from 2018 to 2022

• Advanced Topics in Epidemiologic History, Theory and Biases (EPI805; formerly EPIT880) in the 2020-2021 Winter Term

• Data Science Using R (EPI564/864) in the 2021-2022 Winter Term
